Integrated Door System



Comet integrated door system is designed to be durable and lasting compared to conventional wooden flush door system. It is suitable for existing toilets that have brick wall as an interval.

Aluminium door frames are introduced with combination of phenolic core door leaf, thus providing long lasting and durable usage.



Specifications

General

Toilet cubicle door system shall be ProCubix Comet Series integrated door system, manufactured by ProCubix Contracts Sdn. Bhd.

Doors

Shall be of 10, 12, 13, 18 or 19mm thick solid compact laminates made from impregnated kraft paper with phenolic resin and compressed together with melamine impregnated decorative paper under high pressure temperature to form high pressure laminates. Panels shall have following characteristics - humidity resistant, scratch resistant, easy to clean.

Pilasters (optional)

Shall be of the same materials as doors. Pilaster shall be slotted into gap between two aluminium frames which are fixed onto the side of brick wall.

Door frames

Shall be of aluminium with 2.0mm thickness and of height to suit the brick wall height (or maximum 2100mm) in powder-coated finish. The door frame shall be held in position by a 'U' shaped aluminium guide rail internally which are fixed to edge of tiled wall in prior.

Hardware

Comprises of stainless steel indicator bolt, coat hook with rubber bumper and aluminium full length hinges which form the integrated door system. Stainless steel hinges are introduced for door panel with thickness above 13mm.

Colours

Panel colour shall be in accordance to manufacturer's colour swatch. Aluminium door frame and full length hinges shall be in black powder-coated. Stainless steel hardware shall be in satin finish.

Door frame height - Maximum 2100mm
Door panel - Maximum 1800mm height and width to suit site condition
