Specifications
General
Toilet cubicle system shall be ProCubix Venus Series floor mounted system, manufactured by ProCubix Contracts Sdn. Bhd.
Panels
Shall be of either 13mm or 15mm thick solid compact laminates made from impregnated kraft paper with phenolic resin and compressed together with melamine impregnated decorative paper under high pressure temperature to form high pressure laminates. Two-piece construction is not acceptable. Panels shall have following characteristics - humidity resistant, scratch resistant, easy to clean.
Doors
Shall be of the same materials and construction as panels. Thickness shall be of either 19mm or 22mm. Door size shall be of 1680mm height and width to suit site condition. It shall be rebated at two vertical ends.
Pilasters
Shall be of the same materials and construction as panels and doors. Thickness shall be of 19mm or 22mm. Pilasters shall be also rebated to suit the door panels. These shall be fastened to a full length steel bar by means of two bolts into cross dowels and to the floor with two threaded rods with nuts, lock washers and lead double expansion shields. Floor anchoring shall be concealed by a 100mm high one piece stainless steel floor shoe.
Hardware
Comprises of stainless steel slide indicator latch, coat hook with rubber bumper and heavy duty gravity hinges.
Fittings
Angle brackets shall be of minimum 1.8mm thick stainless steel with two holes for fastening purpose. Stainless steel floor shoe shall be of one-piece construction in minimum thickness of 0.9mm. All hardware and fittings shall be fastened with one way fasteners for prevention of vandalism.
Colours
Panel colour shall be in accordance to manufacturer's colour swatch. Hardware and fittings shall be in stainless steel satin finish.
