Uranus ceiling hung system offers unobstructed floor space for ease of housekeeping / maintenance. This system is best suited for ceiling height of 2440mm or less (not recommended for anything above that). In this system, a rigid supporting frame, installed above ceiling is required for hanging of pilaster panel.
Specifications
General
Toilet cubicle system shall be ProCubix Uranus Series ceiling hung system, manufactured by ProCubix Contracts Sdn. Bhd.
Panels
Shall be of 12, 13, 18 or 19mm thick solid compact laminates made from impregnated kraft paper with phenolic resin and compressed together with melamine impregnated decorative paper under high pressure temperature to form high pressure laminates. Two-piece construction is not acceptable. Panels shall have following characteristics - humidity resistant, scratch and wear resistant, easy to clean.
Doors
Shall be of the same materials and construction as panels.
Pilasters
Shall be of the same materials and construction as panels and doors. Pilasters are fastened to G.I. frames located above ceiling level by means of screws and nuts and concealed below by ceilings, provided by respective suppliers.
Hardware
Nylon (option 1)
Comprises of nylon thumb-turn indicator bolt, gravity hinges, door knob and coat hook, all in black colour.
Stainless steel (option 2)
Comprises of stainless steel slide indicator latch, gravity hinges and coat hook with rubber bumper, all in satin finish.
Fittings
With options of aluminium wall channel or stainless steel angle brackets.
Colours
Panel colour shall be in accordance to manufacturer's colour swatch. All extruded aluminium fittings shall be in natural, black anodised or powder-coated finish to match.
Dimension
Height - Overall system height shall not exceed 2200mm from ceiling level
